Domaine Céline Perrin is a family-run estate based in Ladoix-Serrigny, in the Côte de Beaune, managed since 2015 by Céline and her partner Rodolphe, representing the fifth generation at the helm. Founded in 1910, the estate spans around 9 hectares cultivated organically since 2003 and certified in 2008, across about ten appellations located in both the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune. The vineyard follows a sustainable philosophy, with mechanical soil work, manual weeding, hand harvesting, and rigorous grape selection.

The estate produces both white wines (Chardonnay, Aligoté) and red wines (Pinot Noir), including village cuvées, Premier Crus (such as Ladoix 1er Cru "Les Gréchons"), and Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits. Vinification emphasizes fruit purity, with gentle extraction and aging in older barrels (only 5% new oak per year). The wines are characterized by their freshness, mineral tension, aromatic elegance (red fruits, floral notes, citrus), and a remarkable expression of terroir.

Noteworthy cuvées include the Bourgogne Aligoté from old vines (over 80 years old), the Ladoix Blanc "Sur les Vris" (citrusy finesse, lovely saline finish), the Ladoix Rouge "Champs Pussuet" (ruby color, fresh fruit, elegant liveliness), as well as several Premier Crus and a Meursault. Production is mainly aimed at local individuals, restaurateurs, and specialized wine merchants, ensuring selective distribution and excellent value for quality.

This estate blends Burgundian tradition with a contemporary sensibility, expressing respectful viticulture, authentic showcasing of terroir, and wines with rare aromatic clarity.
