Seguin-Manuel
Domaine Seguin-Manuel, based in Beaune, is a family-run estate recognized for its red wines from the Côte de Beaune.
With about 6 hectares, it cultivates appellations including Beaune village, premier crus, and Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes. The vineyards are managed sustainably, with a strong focus on soil health and continuous manual work. Grapes are harvested by hand, sorted in the vineyard and again in the winery, and vinified gently to preserve fruit character.
Aging is carefully handled, using 20–40% new oak depending on the cuvée.
Seguin-Manuel wines are fruity, fresh, structured but never heavy, with fine tannins and excellent drinkability. The estate is a source of pride for local enthusiasts, offering consistent quality and a genuine Burgundian touch.
