Vincent Bachelet

The Domaine Vincent Bachelet, located in Chassagne-Montrachet, is a family estate founded in 2008 by Vincent Bachelet, heir to a long line of Burgundy winemakers, and now managed by Etienne Bachelet. The estate covers around 17 hectares of vineyards spread across the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits, encompassing prestigious appellations such as Meursault, Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet, and Gevrey-Chambertin.

Vinification takes place in vaulted 18th-century cellars, combined with a modern winery that allows precise work on both red and white wines. The vineyard is mainly planted with Pinot Noir for the reds and Chardonnay for the whites.

The vines are cultivated using sustainable practices, with manual harvesting and special attention given to each plot. Ageing takes place in oak barrels, partly new, for ten to fifteen months, enhancing the wines’ richness and the elegance of Burgundy’s terroirs.
