Domaine François Carillon, located in Puligny-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune, is renowned for its exceptional white wines made primarily from Chardonnay. Founded by François Carillon and now run by him and his children, the estate spans 10 hectares on some of Burgundy’s most prestigious appellations: Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, and Meursault.
The estate practices sustainable viticulture, with a focus on environmental respect and careful vineyard management to bring out the best in each parcel. Harvesting is manual to ensure optimal fruit selection. Traditional fermentation in oak barrels and extended ageing create wines of complexity and elegance.
