The Domaine de la Vougeraie, based in Premeaux-Prissey, is a flagship of contemporary Burgundy, combining tradition and modernity with remarkable expertise. Since its inception, La Vougeraie has been a pioneer in biodynamic viticulture, practiced across the entire estate since 2001. Vineyard work is extremely demanding, with low yields, manual harvesting, and strict selection. In the cellar, winemaking is precise, using natural fermentations and moderate oak.
