Domaine de la Vougeraie
The Domaine de la Vougeraie, based in Premeaux-Prissey, is a flagship of contemporary Burgundy, combining tradition and modernity with remarkable expertise. Created in 1999 from the various vineyard holdings brought together by the Boisset family, the estate now spans nearly 40 hectares across the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, with an impressive array of terroirs: Musigny, Clos de Vougeot, Corton, Bonnes-Mares, Gevrey-Chambertin, Vougeot, Pommard, Puligny-Montrachet...
Since its inception, La Vougeraie has been a pioneer in biodynamic viticulture, practiced across the entire estate since 2001. Vineyard work is extremely demanding, with low yields, manual harvesting, and strict selection. In the cellar, winemaking is precise, using natural fermentations and moderate oak.
The wines are pure, focused, and expressive, highlighting fruit finesse and terroir depth. Each cuvée reflects a spirit of excellence and continuous improvement, with great attention to every detail, from label design to bottling without filtration. La Vougeraie stands as a benchmark estate that marries scale with artisanal ethics.
