Lucien Le Moine is a négociant and wine-aging house located in Beaune, in the heart of Burgundy. Founded in 1999 by Mounir Saouma and Rotem Brakin, it quickly became one of the leading references for Premier and Grand Cru wines from the Côte d'Or.
The house does not own vineyards but rigorously selects must or grapes from carefully chosen growers. Each cuvée is aged in an artisanal manner, with precise barrel work, no filtration or fining, in the purest respect of Burgundian traditions. Lucien Le Moine wines stand out for their intensity, depth, and exceptional aging potential, whether white or red.
