Château de Beaucastel
Château de Beaucastel is an iconic estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, located in Courthézon. Owned for several generations by the Perrin family, it has become one of the most respected domains in southern France. The vineyard extends over 100 hectares and has been farmed organically since the 1960s, a pioneering choice in the region.
Beaucastel is one of the few estates to vinify all 13 traditional grape varieties of the appellation, with a strong emphasis on Mourvèdre, giving the wines depth, complexity, and longevity.
The reds are powerful and structured, yet balanced by remarkable freshness. The white Roussanne Vieilles Vignes is considered one of the Rhône’s greatest white wines. The domaine exemplifies excellence and tradition, with consistently outstanding cuvées.
