The Domaine Vincent Dauvissat in Chablis is an absolute benchmark in the world of terroir-driven Chardonnay. Founded several generations ago and taken over by Vincent Dauvissat in the late 1980s, the estate now covers around 26 hectares, spread across Chablis Villages, Grand Crus (Bougros, Les Preuses, Valmur, Grenouilles), and Côte de Lechet.
