Domaine de l’Enclos is a family estate founded by brothers Romain and Damien Bouchard, located in the heart of Chablis. Heirs to a craft passed down through several generations, the two brothers have created a committed, human-sized domaine that reflects their demanding and modern vision of winemaking.
The vineyard spans about thirty hectares, certified organic by Ecocert, with particular attention given to soil balance and respect for the living ecosystem. The vinifications are minimally interventionist, with élevages tailored to each cuvée, in tank or barrel, according to the needs of the wine.
The range extends from Petit Chablis to Grands Crus, offering precise, straight, taut wines deeply marked by their terroir. Domaine de l’Enclos stands out as one of the most promising faces of Chablis today.
