Maxime Cheurlin Nöellat

Maxime Cheurlin Noëllat is a Burgundian winemaker who runs the Domaine Georges Noëllat, located in Vosne-Romanée, in the Côte de Nuits (Burgundy).

He took over the estate in 2010 at just 20 years old, succeeding his grandmother Marie-Thérèse Noëllat, and representing the new generation of this winemaking family.

The estate covers around 5 to 10 hectares of vineyards (depending on sources), mainly planted with Pinot Noir, including prestigious parcels in Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, as well as Premier Cru and Grand Cru sites such as Échezeaux.

Under his leadership, the domaine has adopted a more modern and precise style, focusing on fruit purity, elegance, and terroir expression, while maintaining strong respect for old vines and historic vineyard plots.
