The Domaine Vincent Dauvissat in Chablis is an absolute benchmark in the world of terroir-driven Chardonnay. Founded several generations ago and taken over by Vincent Dauvissat in the late 1980s, the estate now covers around 26 hectares, spread across Chablis Villages, Grand Crus (Bougros, Les Preuses, Valmur, Grenouilles), and Côte de Lechet.

The viticulture is deeply respectful of the environment: ongoing soil work, grass cover, manual harvesting, and sustainable practices.

Each plot is vinified separately using indigenous yeasts, with aging lasting 12 to 18 months depending on the cuvée, in large foudres or demi-muids.
