Antonin Guyon
Domaine Antonin Guyon is a family estate located in Savigny-lès-Beaune, in Côte de Beaune. Founded in the 1950s, it now covers about 14 hectares and is managed by the third generation, combining tradition and modernity.
The vineyards are worked under sustainable viticulture, with constant care to preserve soil and grape health. The estate mainly cultivates Pinot Noir for reds and Chardonnay for whites, with a majority of red wines.
Vinification is meticulous, with long macerations to extract finesse and structure, followed by barrel aging that adds complexity and balance. The estate’s red wines stand out for their elegance, aromatic concentration on red and black fruits, and fine tannins. The whites offer freshness, roundness, and floral and fruity notes.
Domaine Antonin Guyon is known for its straightforward wines with strong typicity, faithfully reflecting the terroir characteristics of Savigny-lès-Beaune and aging well over time.
