Condrieu
Condrieu
Condrieu is a white wine with a controlled designation of origin, produced on the right bank of the Rhône, south of Vienne, in the northern Rhône Valley wine region. Made exclusively from the Viognier grape, it stands out for its aromatic intensity, marked by notes of yellow-fleshed fruits, apricot, peach, and sometimes white flowers. On the palate, it offers a full and silky texture, balanced by a freshness that supports its richness. It is an exceptional wine, produced on steep hillsides, that pairs ideally with refined dishes such as fish, poultry in cream sauce, or certain fine cheeses.
