Coteaux Champenois
Coteaux Champenois
The Coteaux Champenois appellation refers to still wines produced in the heart of Champagne, as opposed to the region’s sparkling wines. It allows for the production of reds, whites, and more rarely rosés, mainly from Pinot Noir, Meunier, and Chardonnay. These wines highlight purity of fruit, finesse, and freshness, offering a direct expression of the Champenois terroir. Produced in limited quantities, they deliver an authentic style that is often more confidential than traditional Champagnes.
