A Viré Cléssé with dazzling concentration and persistence! A very nice, elegant, and complex white wine, offering freshness and balance. It is a fruity and mineral Viré-Clessé. The nose is aromatic and very expressive, with a hint of truffle mushroom. On the palate, there is pleasant acidity, with richness and a long finish.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and then aged in oak barrels for twenty months. The grapes are harvested when very ripe, which gives them a slight residual sugar content that makes them unique.
