The Burgundy red wine presented originates from the Bourgogne appellation. Primarily composed of Pinot Noir, this wine comes from vines planted by Joseph Arlaud, founder of the estate, on a plot of nearly 5 hectares located in the commune of Gevrey-Chambertin. Grown using biodynamic viticulture, the 2022 vintage benefited from meticulous craftsmanship involving manual harvesting and destemming of the grapes. Vinified and aged in a traditional manner in oak barrels following a pre-fermentation maceration, this wine captures the full fineness and fruity expression of the Burgundy terroir.

WINE TASTING NOTES

  • Color: It presents a classic red color.
  • Nose: The nose reveals dominant aromas of red fruits.
  • On the palate: Its body skillfully blends well-integrated tannins with great fineness. Its fruity length confirms its suitability to be enjoyed young, focusing on the fruit.
