Domaine Saint-Fiacre, based in Tailly, is a small family estate in the Côte de Beaune with about 3 hectares under vine.
Now run by the fourth generation, the estate follows sustainable practices, with manual harvesting, vineyard sorting, gentle vinification, and aging in older barrels. The main appellations include Pommard, Volnay, and Beaune, predominantly Pinot Noir, with some Chardonnay.
The red wines are noted for their elegance, fresh fruit, and soft tannins, offering a sincere interpretation of the terroir. Whites are rare but show fine minerality and tension.
