Domaine Gachot-Monot
Domaine Gachot-Monot is a family estate located in Corgoloin, Burgundy. Founded in 1890, it is now managed by Damien Gachot, the fifth generation of winemakers.
The vineyard covers 18 hectares, mostly Pinot Noir, across prestigious appellations such as Nuits-Saint-Georges, Chambolle-Musigny, and Saint-Aubin.
The viticulture respects the environment, with hand harvesting and oak barrel aging. The wines stand out for their balance, finesse, and expression of terroir.
