Domaine Christophe Vaudoisey

Domaine Christophe Vaudoisey is a family-run estate established in Volnay, in the Côte de Beaune, since 1804. Now led by Christophe Vaudoisey and his son Pierre, the domaine mainly cultivates Pinot Noir across several hectares in renowned climats, including Premier Crus "Les Grands Champs" and "Les Santenots."

The estate’s philosophy centers on respect for the terroir and sustainable viticulture, aiming to preserve soil health and grape quality. Vinification is carried out with care, blending traditional techniques and modern know-how to highlight the finesse and elegance typical of Volnay.

The wines are known for their delicate bouquet, silky texture, and harmonious balance between fruit, acidity, and tannins. They offer complex aromas with floral and spicy notes, along with notable aging potential.
