Domaine Pillot-Henry

Domaine Pillot-Henry is a family-run estate based in Comblanchien, south of Nuits-Saint-Georges. It is led by Thomas Henry, who took over in 2007. The domaine spans around 10 hectares across several appellations: Côte de Nuits-Villages, Ladoix, Beaune, Pommard, and Nuits-Saint-Georges.

It produces both red and white wines, with a focus on terroir respect and traditional winemaking. The vineyards are managed with sustainable farming practices, using no chemical herbicides, and harvesting is manual. Vinification is low-intervention, with aging tailored to each cuvée.

The reds are noted for their finesse and freshness, while the whites show tension and aromatic expression. The domaine is becoming known as one of the emerging names in the Côte de Nuits.
