Domaine Bouvet-Jabloir

Domaine Bouvet-Jabloir, founded in 1923 in Auvernier, is now managed by the fourth generation, Alexandre and Dimitri Colomb. Based in their 1954 winery, they combine family expertise with oenological training to craft wines with a contemporary flair.

The estate cultivates about ten grape varieties including Chasselas, Pinot Noir, Gamaret, Pinot Gris, and Chardonnay on south-southeast-facing limestone soils. Several wines have scored over 90/100 in publications such as Robert Parker.

Their range includes traditional wines (unfiltered Chasselas, sparkling rosé) and signature cuvées like Gamaret-Pinot Noir Signature 2023. Their approach blends tradition (ancient wooden casks, stone cellar) with innovation, producing a harmonious, fruity, spicy style with finesse. The estate is known for its consistent quality, local roots, and ability to showcase both terroir and varietal diversity.
