Albert Pic is a historic wine house in Chablis, founded in 1755, making it one of the oldest wine estates in Burgundy still in operation. At Albert Pic, the marc comes mainly from Chardonnay grapes grown on the limestone soils of Chablis, bringing a particular finesse to the eau-de-vie.
