Rooted in the Gard, the Château de Signac combines authenticity and Mediterranean conviviality. On ancient lands in the garrigue, the humidity of the Mediterranean climate is tempered by the mistral that drains the soils. The family cultivates Syrah, Grenache, Rolle, Clera… with manual harvesting, parcel-based vinification, partial destemming, and long maceration for the reds.
The wines are fruity, fresh, spicy, and balanced, with a beautiful sense of terroir: Mediterranean roundness and mechanical tension. Rosés show subtlety, structure, and elegance, vinified with care. The welcome is simple, grounded in rural values: estates, chapel, bread oven, historic ruins. The estate’s composite style reflects the South: pleasure, terroir, and sharing.
