Domaine Arnoux Père et Fils is based in Chorey-lès-Beaune, a Côte de Beaune village known for high-quality red wines. The family estate was founded several generations ago and now covers about 15 hectares. The Arnoux family mainly cultivates Pinot Noir, with some plots of Chardonnay and Aligoté.
Viticulture is practiced sustainably, with careful soil work and manual harvesting. Vinification respects traditional Burgundian methods, including natural fermentation and oak barrel aging, with a controlled proportion of new wood depending on the cuvée.
The red wines produced are characterized by good structure, supple tannins, and a rich aromatic palette of red fruits, clearly expressing the clay-limestone terroir of Chorey-lès-Beaune.
