Château d’Estoublon is an iconic estate located in Fontvieille, in the Alpilles, Provence. This estate, which extends over around 200 hectares including 120 hectares of olive trees and 20 hectares of vineyards, is renowned for its high-end olive oils and characterful wines. The Château dates back to the 18th century and offers a beautiful setting surrounded by hills, cypress trees, and olive groves, embodying the Provençal art of living.

The vineyard benefits from clay-limestone soils and a Mediterranean climate marked by the mistral wind, promoting healthy and concentrated grapes. The estate mainly cultivates typical regional grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cabernet Sauvignon for reds and rosés, as well as Rolle for whites. The red wines are structured and elegant, with notes of dark fruits and spices, while the rosés stand out for their freshness and finesse.

One of Estoublon's particularities is its constant pursuit of quality, with meticulous work in the vineyard and precise vinifications. The estate also produces single-variety olive oils that are recognized worldwide for their aromatic purity and finesse.
