Bourgogne Passe-Tout-Grains is a light, fruity red wine made from a unique blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay. Its purple-hued robe reveals aromas of cherry, forest floor, and game, with a fresh, supple, and generous palate.
It’s a perfect match for casual, comforting fare: charcuterie, savory pies, salads, mashed vegetables, barbecues, and soft cheeses like Camembert.
Serving temperature: 11–12 °C.
Produced throughout Burgundy—mainly in Saône-et-Loire—on siliceous, clay, or sandy soils, it’s one of the rare blended red wines of the region.
