Bouzeron

The Bouzeron appellation is a wine designation from Burgundy, located in the Côte Chalonnaise, in Saône-et-Loire.

Created in 1998, it is the only appellation in Burgundy dedicated exclusively to the Aligoté grape, more specifically the golden Aligoté, a variety renowned for its finesse.

The Bouzeron vineyard extends over the communes of Bouzeron and part of Chassey-le-Camp.

The wines produced are dry, elegant white wines, offering aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and beautiful minerality. Thanks to careful winemaking, they stand out for their freshness, balance, and surprising aging potential.

Less well-known than the neighboring grands crus, Bouzeron wines are gaining recognition due to their consistent quality. They pair perfectly with seafood, fish, or goat cheese.

The appellation perfectly reflects the Burgundian know-how applied to a grape variety long underestimated. It is a precious discovery for lovers of authentic white wines.
