The Burgundy red wine presented comes from Domaine Jérôme Castagnier, under the Morey-Saint-Denis appellation in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. From the 2023 vintage, this wine comes from a terroir characterized by rich clay-limestone soils and a temperate continental climate that promotes slow grape ripening. Depending on the estate's winemaking choices, aging may be carried out in oak barrels to bring light roundness and additional complexity, while maintaining a beautiful purity of fruit in its youth.
