Under the name Caveau de Bacchus, Domaine Lucien Aviet & Fils, based in Montigny-lès-Arsures, embodies the purest winemaking tradition of the Jura. Across its 10 hectares, the Aviet family rigorously upholds artisanal know-how passed down through generations.

Here, the noble Jura grape varieties (Savagnin, Chardonnay, Trousseau, Poulsard) are expressed with finesse and authenticity. Classic vinification, precise aging, and manual harvesting yield precise, terroir-driven wines.

The estate’s Vin Jaune is a benchmark of complexity and character, but every red or white cuvée charms with its balance and sincerity. A discreet domaine, reserved for enlightened connoisseurs.
