The Burgundy red wine presented originates from the Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru appellation. Produced by Domaine Arlaud according to biodynamic principles (organic since 2004 and biodynamic since 2009), this cuvée comes from two plots in the Mazoyères climate, featuring clay-limestone soil, where the vines average just under 40 years old. A benchmark.

  • Nose / Palate: Red berries, cherry, and vanilla blend together agreeably. The wine reveals these aromas, offering a powerful yet very fine palate, with a sublime finish.

Founded in 1942 and located in Morey-Saint-Denis at the heart of the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Arlaud Père & Fils is a family estate of 15 hectares that includes prized Grand Cru plots such as Clos de la Roche, Clos Saint-Denis, Charmes-Chambertin, and Bonnes Mares.

Under the direction of Cyprien Arlaud, the domaine is certified organic and biodynamic. The work is carried out with the utmost respect for nature, using horse-drawn plowing and entirely manual harvesting.
