Domaine Jean-Claude Ramonet, located in Chassagne-Montrachet in the Côte de Beaune, is one of the most prestigious and acclaimed estates in the region. Founded in the early 20th century, the domaine is now managed by the Ramonet family and is known for producing exceptionally high-quality wines, primarily from Chardonnay for whites and Pinot Noir for reds. The estate has vineyards in renowned appellations such as Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, and more, with parcels located on exceptional terroirs.

Domaine JC Ramonet follows sustainable viticulture and is certified High Environmental Value level 3, with a strong focus on vine health and soil respect. Harvesting is done manually to ensure meticulous grape selection, followed by traditional vinification combined with a modern approach in the cellar. The white wines are primarily aged in oak barrels, which give them great complexity, aromas of stone fruits, white flowers, and slightly buttery notes. The reds are also barrel-aged, offering ripe red fruit aromas and finely integrated tannins.
