This wine from the AOC Bourgogne Aligoté is a dry white Burgundy wine. This Aligoté is a blend of young vines located in the commune of Volnay and 90-year-old old vines from the village of Meursault. Aged for 12 months in 500-liter oak barrels. Only 3,000 bottles produced. This Aligoté offers a very special complexity with a highly open bouquet featuring notes of linden, white fruits, acacia honey, and a developing minerality. The palate shows superb energy, plenty of mineral tension, and a medium-bodied texture. And what a lingering finish!
