Since the late 18th century, Domaine Lamarche has been crafting wines within the superb terroirs of Burgundy. Today in the hands of Nicole Lamarche, the estate offers this Bourgogne Aligoté 2019 made from Aligoté grapes cultivated with care, according to sustainable principles and organic viticulture. To produce this cuvée, yields are low but concentrated, and the grapes undergo a strict sorting before vinification. Aging on fine lees is then applied to give the wine its structure and characteristics.
