Domaine Germain, located in Saint-Romain in the Côte de Beaune, is a family-run estate spanning about 10 hectares. Managed by the Germain family, it holds a High Environmental Value certification and produces outstanding wines from exceptional Burgundian terroirs, emphasizing sustainable viticulture and environmental respect. The domaine primarily cultivates Pinot Noir for reds and Chardonnay for whites across prestigious appellations such as Saint-Romain, Meursault, and Auxey-Duresses.

They adopt a reasoned approach to viticulture, minimizing chemical treatments to enhance biodiversity and soil quality. Hand harvesting and traditional vinification with oak aging for reds and tanks or barrels for whites ensure complex, refined wines.
