The Domaine Fournillon, located in Bernouil (Tonnerrois, Yonne), is a family-run estate spanning 23 to 24 hectares, passed down from father to son through several generations.

The domaine cultivates Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on the finest slopes of Bernouil, Fleys (Chablis region), and Épineuil, producing a diverse range of white, red, rosé, and sparkling wines.

It also boasts a historic plot known as the “Emperor’s Vineyard,” a pre-phylloxera Chardonnay planted in 1835. Since 2004, Pascal Fournillon has been at the helm, continuing the time-honored Burgundian traditions with dedication and care.
