Domaine Philippe Livera, located in Gevrey-Chambertin in the prestigious Côte de Nuits in Burgundy, is a rising star known for the exceptional quality of its wines. Managed by the Livera family for several generations, the estate spans approximately 7 hectares, mainly across prestigious appellations such as Gevrey-Chambertin, Chambolle-Musigny, and Fixin. This world-renowned terroir, with its clay-limestone soils, provides ideal conditions for growing Pinot Noir, the emblematic grape of the region.
Domaine Livera follows a sustainable viticulture approach, aiming to preserve biodiversity and respect the environment. Grapes are harvested manually, allowing for meticulous selection, and then vinified with great care in the cellar. Traditional vinification includes long maceration and oak barrel aging to enhance the complexity and finesse of the aromas while preserving the purity of the fruit.
