Saint-Véran
Saint-Véran
Located at the southernmost tip of Burgundy, in the Mâconnais region, the Saint-Véran appellation is dedicated exclusively to Chardonnay.
These wines are bright and approachable, perfectly expressing a terroir characterized by both limestone and clay-loam soils. On the palate, they offer a pleasing roundness with aromas of white fruits such as pear and peach, floral notes, and occasionally a delicate buttery or honeyed nuance.
They maintain a refreshing crispness, making them delightful as an aperitif or paired with grilled fish, poultry, or mild cheeses. An excellent value for lovers of generous yet well-balanced white wines.
