Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise offers supple red wines with aromas of red fruits, licorice, and floral notes, as well as fresh whites featuring hints of white flowers, citrus, dried fruits, and brioche.
On the palate, these wines are fresh, refined, and rounded.
Enjoy them with charcuterie, grilled meats, roasted fish, oven-roasted vegetables, and aged or goat cheeses.
Serving temperature: reds at 15–18 °C, whites at 12–13 °C.
Cellaring potential: up to 5 years.
