Coteaux Bourguignons
Coteaux Bourguignons
Coteaux Bourguignons is a flexible and approachable regional appellation, produced in all three colors: red, white, and rosé. The reds, often fruity and generous, are mainly crafted from Gamay and Pinot Noir. The whites are light and lively, made from Chardonnay, Aligoté, or other heritage varieties. The rosés are fresh and thirst-quenching.
These easy-drinking wines are ideal companions for casual cuisine: white meats, charcuterie, stuffed vegetables, grilled fish, or mild cheeses.
Created in 2011, this appellation reflects the diversity of Burgundy’s terroirs, stretching from northern Chablis to the southern Mâconnais.
