Crafted from Pinot Noir grown biodynamically on east-facing limestone, marl, and clay soils, this red Marsannay Le Chapitre from Sylvain Pataille is aged for 18 months in oak barrels. Racy, vibrant, and of rare purity, it is distinguished by its density and the tension characteristic of the finest red wines of the Côte de Nuits, offering a profile that is at once floral, spicy, and savory.
