The Domaine Jean‑Paul & Benoît Droin is located in Chablis, in the prestigious Burgundy wine region. This family estate, founded in the 19th century, is now run by Benoît Droin, assisted by his father Jean‑Paul. The estate spans approximately 12 hectares of vineyards, mainly Chardonnay, across primary Chablis, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru appellations. The vines grow on clay-limestone soils with ideal exposure that define the region’s acclaim.

Domaine Jean‑Paul & Benoît Droin commits to sustainable viticulture that cares for soils and biodiversity. Harvests are manual, and grapes are carefully sorted before meticulous vinification.
