• Profile and character: A brilliant and clear robe of a beautiful pale gold hue with luminous highlights. The refined and expressive nose blends fresh orchard fruits, citrus notes, and delicate white flowers with toasted flavors. Upon aeration, subtle touches of minerality and a light creamy note bring finesse and complexity.
• On the palate: The attack is direct, lively, and well-balanced. The wine reveals a supple texture, supported by a beautiful freshness and a remarkable tension. Notes of praline, toasted hazelnuts, and toasted buttered bread explode on the palate, bringing a very beautiful complexity that extends into a precise and elegant finish.
