The Burgundy white wine presented originates from the Auxey-Duresses appellation. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this wine proves to be elegant and fresh, characteristic of Auxey-Duresses at ideal maturity. The 2022 vintage is distinguished by favorable weather conditions, allowing for beautiful ripeness of the grapes, a consistent quality, and a good concentration of aromas with a fruity and fresh expression. Vinification respects Burgundian traditions with a fermentation in stainless steel vats and a mastered aging in oak barrels, promoting fineness and the expression of the terroir without excess wood. It expresses a beautiful balance between aromatic richness and vivacity, with a beautiful mineral precision characteristic of the terroir.

• Nose: Aromas of white flowers, citrus, and a touch of fresh hazelnut.
