Côte-Rôtie AOC, one of the most renowned appellations of the Northern Rhône, produces red wines exclusively from Syrah, often blended with a small percentage of Viognier to bring finesse and aromatic complexity. Grown on steep, south-facing slopes, Côte-Rôtie wines combine power, elegance, and great aromatic richness, with floral, fruity, and spicy notes.
