This cuvée comes from a plot of just over one hectare located in the north of the commune, towards Chenôve. It is produced from some of the oldest vines of the estate, reaching over 70 years of age for the oldest. The soil is clay-silt-sandy, composed of angular gravel.

  • Nose: It exhales powerful aromas of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and cherry.
  • Palate: It brings breadth, freshness, and great finesse, while maintaining a certain power with a lovely length.

Established in 1979 in Marsannay-la-Côte, in the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Bruno Clair is a family-run estate covering 27 hectares across 8 villages, producing 32 different appellations. Bruno Clair, a descendant of a long line of winemakers, built the estate by bringing together family-owned parcels and acquiring new vineyards.

The domaine is renowned for its red wines made from Pinot Noir, particularly from Gevrey-Chambertin, Vosne-Romanée, and Chambolle-Musigny, as well as for its white wines from Marsannay and Morey-Saint-Denis. The estate's philosophy is rooted in sustainable viticulture, with a strong respect for the soil and the vine, aiming to produce elegant wines that faithfully reflect their terroirs.
