Since the late 18th century, Domaine Nicole Lamarche (formerly François Lamarche) has been crafting wines within the superb terroirs of Vosne-Romanée and Vougeot. Today in the hands of Nicole Lamarche, the estate offers this white Bourgogne made from Aligoté grapes cultivated with care, according to sustainable principles and organic viticulture. Yields are low but concentrated, and the grapes undergo a strict sorting before vinification. Aging on lees gives this wine its structure and persistence on the palate.
