This cuvée comes from approximately two hectares of vines grown on clay-limestone soils in the heart of the Côte de Nuits. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats, followed by 18 months of aging in French oak barrels (partially new) to subtly integrate woody aromas.

Cellaring Advice
Domaine Coquard Loison Fleurot, located in Flagey-Échezeaux in the Côte de Nuits, is a discreet yet highly sought-after family estate. For several generations, the family has cultivated a 9-hectare vineyard spread across prestigious appellations such as Échezeaux, Clos de la Roche, Clos de Vougeot, Grands-Échezeaux, and Charmes-Chambertin.
The domaine has experienced a true revival since the 2010s with the arrival of the talented winemaker Thomas Colladot. Under his direction, the wines have gained in precision, elegance, and depth, while respecting a minimally interventionist philosophy. Harvesting is manual, vinification is gentle, and barrel aging is carefully managed to highlight the identity of the terroir.
Each cuvée reveals a unique personality, marked by the finesse of Pinot Noir, the complexity of the soils, and a style that is both refined and expressive. Today, the domaine is considered one of Burgundy’s rising stars, sought after for its rare and luminous wines.
