Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru
Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet is a prestigious Grand Cru white wine from Chassagne-Montrachet.
Its pale golden robe with emerald highlights reveals a complex bouquet of butter, warm croissant, dried fruits, spices, and honey. On the palate, it is broad and rich, combining firmness and creaminess in remarkable harmony.
Powerful and refined, it pairs exquisitely with exceptional dishes such as foie gras, lobster, monkfish, and noble poultry in creamy sauces. Best served between 12 and 14 °C.
Located between 240 and 250 meters altitude, its Jurassic limestone terroir ensures a majestic expression of Chardonnay. Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet, the smallest of the Montrachet Grand Crus, shares with its neighbors the nobility of a unique terroir, recognized since 1937.
