Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits
Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits offers fresh and juicy reds with aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, licorice, pepper, and leather. On the palate, they are supple with crisp tannins and a refreshing menthol finish. The whites reveal notes of lemon, apple, white flowers, and exotic fruits, balancing freshness and roundness with a saline finish.
Perfect with convivial dishes: fondue, skewers, poultry with mushrooms, mild cheeses, or even fruity desserts. The whites pair well with tapas, fish, creamy poultry dishes, foie gras, or creamy cheeses.
Serving temperature: reds at 14–16 °C, whites at 10–13 °C.
Situated between 275 and 480 meters altitude, this highland vineyard runs parallel to the Côte de Nuits, spreading over limestone and marl soils, preserving a winemaking heritage dating back to the 8th century.
