Bouzeron
Bouzeron is a lively and mineral white wine made exclusively from the Aligoté grape, with a pale golden color. Its nose combines white flowers, lemon, flint, and subtle hints of honey and freshly baked croissant. On the palate, it offers a beautiful balance of freshness, roundness, and vivacity, with a lovely persistence.
It pairs perfectly with oysters, shellfish, poultry in sauce, risottos, gougères, parsley ham, and goat cheeses such as Comté or Beaufort.
Serving temperature: 10–11 °C as an aperitif, 11–12 °C at the table.
The only Village-level AOC for Aligoté, Bouzeron is grown between 270 and 350 meters on marl and limestone slopes facing east and southeast in the Côte Chalonnaise.
AOC recognized since 1997.
